Princeton Man Buys Stolen Car from D-Patrick Honda

A Princeton man was refunded his money after buying a stolen car from an Evansville dealership.
Indiana State Police recently called the man to tell him the 2019 Honda Accord he had bought at D-Patrick Honda may have been stolen.
The vehicle was confirmed stolen on Tuesday of last week.
Indiana State Police says they believe the car was stolen in New York and later given a fake title and vin number.
The dealership says they’ve never experienced something like this.
State Police called the incident extremely rare.
