Ray McCormick will be moving on to the 2022 General Election.
McCormick has secured the democratic nomination for the District 8 Congressional race with 68% of the votes.
McCormick beat other candidates Adnan Dhahir and Peter Priest II.
McCormick will face incumbent Republican Congressman Larry Bucshon this November.
In the district 45 statehouse race, Incumbent State Representative Bruce Borders beat Jeff Ellington with 53% of the votes.
