46-year-old Melissa Alford of Washington was arrested Wednesday by WPD and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with Endangerment. She was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $2,000 bond.
28-year-old Jared Messenger of Washington was arrested early this morning by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Schedule IV Substance. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center. No bond was set.
The current jail population is at 144.
