Virginia Lee DeMoss, 87, of Elnora went to her heavenly home on Thursday, May 26, 2022.
Virginia was born in Bloomfield, IN on June 12, 1934 to the late Jesse Frank Sullivan and Faye Sullivan. She was married to the late Paul “Smiley” DeMoss on June 4, 1955.
Virginia had an associate’s degree in business, worked at the canning factory in Plainville, and also worked for Perdue as a line-worker. She was a member of Eastern Star and Plainville Christian Church.
Those left to mourn the loss of Virginia are; loving son’s , Rick DeMoss and Paul Frank (Judy) DeMoss, 5 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by; husband, Paul “Smiley” DeMoss; father, Jesse Frank DeMoss; mother, Faye DeMoss and sister, Marjorie Burch.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 7, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Fredrick and Son Gill-Funeral Home with a service immediately following also at the funeral home with Rex Thompson officiating. Afterwards, Virginia will be laid to rest in Plainville Cemetery. Fredrick and Son-Gill Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with Mrs. DeMoss’s arrangements.
