You may see some familiar sights on American Pickers this October.
If you’re unfamiliar with the show, American Pickers currently airs on the History Channel and A & E Networks. The reality TV show has been on since 2010 and encompasses 23 seasons. It follows midwestern “pickers” Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz who travel across America in search of rare artifacts and national treasures that they can buy and sell in their antique shops or put in their personal collections.
The crew was out and about this weekend right here in our area, however, not many details are known about where they stopped.
The Indiana Military Museum in Vincennes says they were at the museum over the weekend touring the facilities looking for good deals and unique finds. Museum officials say they can’t tell you what they bought or what kind of deals were turned down, but they did say that they spent a lot of time filming and taking pictures by the shack outback.
The crew also stopped in to Procopio’s Pizza & Pasta Saturday afternoon.
The episode is expected to air this coming October on a brand-new season.
