Jasper Man Facing Charges After Liquor Store Burglary

A Jasper man is facing charges after police say he broke into a liquor store and stole several bottles of alcohol.
Jasper Police were dispatched to Holiday Liquors on Friday at about 6:15 am after receiving a call about a shattered glass door.
Upon further investigation, officers discovered there were several bottles of alcohol missing from inside the store.
A suspect was then identified as 43-year-old Brain Taylor.
He was later located at a city park where he was found to be intoxicated.
Taylor was arrested on scene without incident and booked into the Dubois County Jail.
He is charged with Burglary, Theft, and Public Intoxication.
