Good Samaritan Partnering with BlueStar TeleHealth

Good Samaritan is partnering with BlueStar TeleHealth to provide remote patient monitoring or RPM.
RPM puts health equipment in the home, which automatically delivers health information to a nurse-monitoring team.
The hospital says COVID-19 has led to RPM becoming more popular for patients and providers.
Good Samaritan says they decided to better serve patients by offering remote patient monitoring for in-home blood pressure checks.
They have chosen to work with BlueStar for these needs. Patients interested in the RPM service can speak with their provider at Good Samaritan or call BlueStar directly at (812)-994-0600.
Once patients receive their blood pressure cuff, they can then measure and track their blood pressure daily. When issues are detected, BlueStar connects the patient with their clinical care team at Good Samaritan.
This service is covered by most insurances.
