Two People Arrested in Evansville on Animal Cruelty Charges

Two people were arrested on charges of animal cruelty on Thursday in Evansville.
Police say dogs in the subjects’ care were found mistreated and some dead.
Five malnourished dogs were found inside the house of 32-year-old Melinda Goodall and were removed and taken into custody by Animal Control.
Her brother, 37-year-old Chadrick Goodall, was also arrested.
Chadrick is charged with several drug offenses after methamphetamine and fentanyl was found inside the house.
Chadrick told police the drugs were his.
