A Jasper man is charged with domestic battery.
Jasper Police say that just before 4:00 pm on Monday, they were dispatched to 102 E 35th Street in reference to a possible domestic battery that had occurred.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that Carlos Martinez Torres allegedly battered a juvenile.
He was charged with one count of domestic battery and booked into the Dubois County Security Center.
