Kenneth Frank Hollaway, 77, of Loogootee, passed away at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at Northwood Retirement Community in Jasper.
He was born October 21, 1944, in Kerrville, Texas to the late Arthur and Martha (Atkins) Hollaway.
Kenneth married Diana Nicholson on May 1, 1965, and she survives.
He was a member of the Church of Nazarene in Jasper. Kenneth was previously employed by Washington Rail Car. He was a man of many talents. Kenneth loved horses, football, and the Indianapolis Colts. He enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters. Whether it was soccer, tennis, softball, or horseback riding, he always cheered on his girls.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Martha (Atkins) Hollaway; sister, Rosemary Street; half-sisters, Hazel Jamerson and Beulah Fay Hollaway.
He is survived by his wife Diana (Nicholson) Hollaway of Loogootee; children, Lisa Allbright, Teresa (James) Kreilein and Tony (Falicia) Hollaway, all of Loogootee; grandchildren, Breanna Hollaway, Rebecca Hollaway and Tasha Kreilein; siblings, Nina Beth Stancie, Gracie Williams, Arthur Hollaway; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at South Martin Cemetery in Loogootee.
