Automatic tax refunds are on their way.
Only those who filed an Indiana resident tax return for the 2020 tax year are eligible for both Automatic Taxpayer Refunds and will receive a payment in 2022.
The Auditor of State’s Office (AOS) estimates it will take until mid-October to finish printing and mailing the 1.7 million additional refund checks generated by the refund.
