Dubois County Purdue Extension will be offering free ‘Chair Yoga’ classes at the Ferdinand Library (112 East 16th Street) on Tuesdays (1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25) in January from 9:30-10:30 AM EST. According to the instructor, Chelsea Brewer, “The classes are accessible for all abilities and it’s a great way to start off the new year.” You can attend single sessions or all of the sessions.
