Kathy will be retiring after 30 dedicated years to the City. She has helped so many people in those thirty years and made Washington a better place. We are hosting an open house/retirement party for her on March 31st (her last day) at the Community Building from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. to celebrate and show our appreciation.
