The Plainville Volunteer Fire Department will host their 5th Annual BBQ on Saturday, April 16th. The event will run from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm at the fire department located at 724 2nd Street in Plainville. The department will be serving up pulled pork, baked beans, baked potatoes, and bottled water. Take home boxes will be available. Monetary donations to the fire department will be accepted and tours of the fire trucks will be available for the kids. All are invited to come out and spend the day with the firefighters on April 16th starting at 10:30 am.
